Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days or less have gone by since receiving your purchase, we can offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

ExchangesWe only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item that was damaged due to our error send us a message using our 'Contact Us' form.
