Returns Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days or less have gone by since receiving your purchase, we can offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where refunds cannot be granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is post-marked more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will notify you of the status of your refund. After your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using our 'Contact Us' form.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item that was damaged due to our error send us a message using our 'Contact Us' form. Shipping Contact us to discuss return shipping arrangements. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so you can be sure that we will receive your returned item. Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping destination. Depending on these factors, shipping date estimates may vary in accuracy. Most items reach their destination between 8-12 business days from the time the order is processed. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
